Once we have your design in place, we will create a summary that outlines all the details and features. This summary will layout the cost of the project and offer upgrades to enhance your space.

After HOA approvals, permitting sign offs, and layout, we are ready to begin digging.
Our Process
Construction Phases

Before a shovel goes into the ground, we will mark out the location of the pool. Excavation takes anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks, depending on soil conditions and pool size.

The foundation of your pool begins with rebar. This steel reinforcement provides structural integrity, ensuring your pool can withstand water pressure and ground movement. Skilled installers shape and secure the rebar framework according to your pool’s design, forming the skeleton for the concrete shell.
Next, we add the plumbing infrastructure. This step involves installing pipes for water circulation, filtration, and drainage. Careful planning ensures optimal water flow, prevents leaks, and supports additional features like waterfalls or spas. We use high-quality, durable materials to guarantee long-term performance.
Finally, we integrate the electrical components. This includes wiring for pool lighting, pumps, heaters, and automation systems. -
Using specialized equipment, high-pressure hoses shoot a mixture of concrete and water onto the rebar structure. This method ensures a seamless application, filling every corner and curve of your pool’s design. Next, skilled professionals immediately shape and smooth the concrete, creating clean lines and ensuring the pool matches your exact specifications. Finally, once the shell is complete, it needs time to cure. Proper curing is essential for the pool’s longevity and resistance to cracking.

Once the shell has cured for a minimum of 21 days, we will begin installing waterline tile, coping, and any other masonry work.

The process starts with grading and leveling the area, followed by setting forms to define the deck's shape. Next, materials like concrete, pavers, or artificial turf are poured or placed.

The most exciting day in the process is plaster and fill. A skilled team of plaster professionals will shoot your chosen plaster material onto the pool shell and trowel it into place for a smooth finish. After installation, the plaster will be acid washed and then filled with treated water. We use a pool filling system that immediately begins the process of balancing chemicals. Our professional pool start up team ensures the water chemistry is right before handing over the finished project.

We will schedule a time to walk you through the details of running and maintaining your pool. Of course, you may opt for our start up team to continue maintaining your pool, so all you have to do is swim!
